The terrain is easy going and mainly flat with undulating open plains woodland forest bushveld and thickets offering real Africa bushveld walk and stalk hunting at it's very best and does not present any difficulty for those with reasonable fitness levels. All hunting is normally done on foot, but should a client have health or fitness limitations we will adjust the hunt conditions to suit a specific situation, and use safari vehicle transport accordingly We arrange for our PH guide and outfitter Dene Bird to pick up and return client's to Ngoma bush airstrip after the air charter arrives from Livingstone. Terms Of Business - note carefully   To book a hunt send 50% deposit via telegraphic transfer to our nominated bank account, with the remainder payable at the ranch before hunting starts. Always pay ALL Bank FEES at source when you make the transfer Should a hunt be cancelled for any reason less than six months prior to a stated hunt date, that deposit is not refunded. If cancelled six months plus from the start date, then 50% of the deposit received will be refunded Hunting and travel has risk, we take safety measures but dont accept liability for any unforeseen occurrences. Clients arrange their own medical accident baggage trip cancel/medical evacuation insurance cover as required Balla-Balla are not responsible for charter delay or cancellation due to any circumstances beyond our control. No cancellation liability accepted under any circumstances for any changes delay or other. Charter costs may be subject to change in the event of any unforseen increase in operating or fuel costs at the time of travel The hunt begins upon an agreed arrival date in Livingstone or at the ranch, with the full package price or daily rates to be paid upon arrival at the camp. Should the client need to depart from the ranch early or curtail the hunt for any reason whatsoever, the full contracted package price or the daily rate payment is still applicable The advertised specie fees for all hunted or wounded animals as determined by the PH, MUST all be paid prior to departing from the ranch. If client's on our cape buffalo special package hunt fail to get their buffalo trophy (excluding wounding) we would then either refund or deduct the full specie fee as advertised for cape buffalo in their contract and / or as listed above in the Dendro Park Ranch, Zambia - - US dollar specie fee price list Final payment at the ranch must be in Amex US$ travelers cheque, US$ cash or combination. Clients will need to pre-book and schedule their UNITED-AIR-CHARTER Livingstone airport flight out to Ngoma bush-airstrip in the Kafue Park for around 11:30 am after booking out from the hotel Day 1 / Flight from JNB / Livingstone to Ngoma charter - the arrival day Those clients whom are not overnighting in Livingstone can then charter direct into Ngoma bush-airstrip upon their arrival from Johannesburg, they will then be at Dendro Park Ranch by late afternoon time, to settle into camp sight in their rifles and relax around the campfire. This being day-1 which is the non-hunting arrival day DAYS 2 - 6 / The scheduled 5-day hunting safari at Dendro Park Ranch Hunting normally commences soon after first light and continues for 5-days with the departure from the ranch (after the hunt is completed) back to Ngoma bush-air airstrip following breakfast on the morning of day-7 DAY 7 / The departure day and charter flight ex: Ngoma to Livingstone Departure from the ranch is planned for early in the morning after breakfast bound for Ngoma bush-airstrip to meet the scheduled charter flight back to Livingstone. You can then either option to overnight in Livingstone or transfer direct to your pre-scheduled international connect flight back via Johannesburg, and back home
